ATLANTA, GA—The John Hardy Group, a hospitality development services company located here, has appointed Nathan Hall as senior project director.
In this new role, Hall will act as the main point of contact for his clients. Responsibilities include managing the budget, cash flow and schedule, and creating and maintaining long-standing customers through successful completion of projects. He will report to Tom Gaffney, director of operations, who reports directly to CEO John Hardy.
According to the company, Hall, who started as an intern in 2001, earned his new role based on his work on a project involving the renovation of 79 Candlewood Suites and Staybridge Suites for InterContinental Hotels Group and Hospitality Properties Trust. The project has a budget of $176 million and encompasses approximately 10,000 guestrooms across the U.S. and Canada.
